New Twist In Mercy Aigbe ‘Husband Snatching’ Saga
A new twist in the alleged Mercy Aigbe husband snatching saga was developing on Monday night with supporters and critics of the Nollywood superstar taking positions on the repercussion on her 16-year-old daughter.
GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that Mercy Aigbe had on Sunday unveiled married movie industry entrepreneur, Kazim Adeoti, as her beau sparking outrage on social media. There were multiple reports that Mr. Adeoti’s wife and Mercy Aigbe were friends and there were pictures of Mercy Aigbe and her former husband Mr. Lanre Gentry posing with Kazim Adeoti and his now-estranged wife.
With social media overflowing with comments on the issue, Mercy Aigbe has shut herself off to biting criticism as she continued to upload pictures on her Instagram page.
However, the repercussion on her 16-year-old daughter was becoming a narrative of its own with some critics cursing that what she did to another woman’s marriage would be reaped by her daughter.
There were, however, some who sought to fence off her daughter from the alleged misdeeds of her mother with some begging that insults and curses should not be passed on to her daughter.
