I No Longer Accept Payment In Naira – Portable

Popular Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola popularly known as Portable has given fans and show promoters his preferred mode of payment when charging for a show.

This is coming a few days after Portable bagged double nomination in the Headies 2022 list.

Taking to his Instagram page, the singer who is considered the president of trenches announced his new approved payment method.

Portable said he would no longer be performing free shows and he will now be paid in foreign currency.

According to Portable, he now charges in pounds and euros for gigs, even for individuals who want to take photos with him and he will no longer accept naira payments.

Portable added that dollars are an acceptable form of payment but he would prefer pounds.

The new mode of payment generated reactions from many fans;
