Tee Mac gets a response from the Tinubu camp after hitting the APC candidate as unfit

The camp of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Thursday came out hard against popular flutist and former President of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN), Tee Mac Iseli after he urged Nigerians to disregard the All Progressives Congress, APC presidential candidate who he claimed at 86 is unfit for office of president.

Tee Mac who is also a brother-in-law to Tinubu, being a cousin to Remi Tinubu and who claimed to have related closely with Asiwaju Tinubu since the mid-eighties, accused the APC presidential candidate of fudging issues about his age, background and his source of wealth.

Tee Mac was reacting to a Facebook post by one Yemi Olakitan, where he said that Tinubu at 86 years old, was not healthy enough, has many unanswered questions about his age, background and source of wealth.

He said: “Any body can choose any candidate, but an intelligent person will ask himself the question: do I choose rightly! Is the man qualified! Is he honest! Does he tell us the truth about his age, background and how he made his money! Is this man healthy enough at 86 to take up the task of a totally run down country?

“You see Tinubu is my in-law. His wife Remi is my cousin. Her Itsekiri mother and my Itsekiri mother are sisters. I have known Tinubu since the mid 1980s personally and even arranged for him to stay in my stepfather’s house ( Sir Mobolaji Bank-Anthony) in London when he went into exile. I stopped supporting him and stopped family visits etc when he sold that Buhari to the nation in 2015. My advice to the nation is that this man is absolutely not qualified to become our next president.

Reacting to him, Mobolaji Sanusi, director of media at Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, ABAT Movement, told GreenWhiteGreen GWG:

“Tee Mac is a Comedian and is acting the comedy in him and is on a jolly ride. Is he saying that Asiwaju is older than Aremo Segun Osoba, older than Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Chief Bisi Akande, amongst others? Many of Asiwaju’s age mates are in their early seventies and they are here in Lagos, we know them and they are still living and they know him. Don’t mind him.”
