Mr Ibu’s Daughter Counters Reports Of Rearrest (Video)

Jasmine Okafor, the adopted daughter of renowned actor Mr Ibu, has dispelled rumors of her alleged rearrest, countering recent reports by some sections of social media.

The online platform had previously claimed that Jasmine, along with Mr Ibu’s son, had been apprehended by the police and confined in a cell, awaiting court charges.

According to the initial reports, the actor’s children were taken into custody on January 17th and were set to face court charges on January 18th for purportedly refusing to release and hand over their possessions, including social media accounts, to Mr Ibu’s wife, Stella Maris. The reports further indicated that the ailing actor, who is in the process of recovery, had mandated the transfer of his belongings to his wife.

In a seeming response to these claims on her rearrest, Jasmine, who had been absent from the online sphere, took to her Instagram page to share a video featuring actor Deyemi Okanlawon. Playfully questioning who had messed up her hair in the video, she wrote, “No, you didn’t do that @deyemitheactor. Wait, who messed up my hair?”
