Popular Actress Advises Women On Where To Find Good Men In Lagos

Nigerian actress Sanyaolu Fumilayo has sparked debate with her bold assertion that the only place women can find good men to settle down with in Lagos is on the Mainland.

Taking to her Instagram story, Fumilayo advised women to look to Mainland Lagos men for serious relationships, insisting they are more good and genuine compared to their Island counterparts.

However, she added a controversial caveat, stating that while Mainland men are good, they are often financially unstable. In contrast, she described men on the other part of Lagos as “fake,” accusing them of being promiscuous and lacking loyalty.

Her post read:

“The only place to get a good man in Lagos is on the Mainland, but they are BROKE. But you see the men on the Island? They are FCKING FAKE NIGGAS who don’t mind sleeping with you, your friends, and your sisters. FCK you all! You all can do better, respectfully.”

Her statement has since ignited mixed reactions online, with many weighing in on the Mainland vs. Island relationship debate.
