Kidnappers Release Female Bank Manager In Delta
The female branch manager of a new generation bank, based in Warri, Mrs Okolo, who was kidnapped about two weeks ago has been released.
She was released early Tuesday by her captors after 12 days in captivity during which they reportedly made demands of a ransom. There were reports that a ransom of N100 million was made for her life by the yet unknown captors.
Mrs. Okolo was abducted near Tivo Supermarket along Airport Road, Effurun.
It was gathered that following the collection of the ransom between Monday and Tuesday morning that the kidnappers abandoned her along the Warri/Sapele Road on Tuesday morning.
She was released after the payment of a hefty ransom according to sources.
