Embattled Solskjaer Holds Crunch Talks With Key Man United Players

Manchester United fans have taken to social media to air their frustrations after watching the Red Devils lose 1-0 at home to Aston Villa.

Coming off the back of the midweek EFL Cup defeat to West Ham, United fans were hoping for a much better performance this weekend but would have been disappointed by their team’s display.

A goal in the 88th minute from Hause put Villa 1-0 up. Man United had the chance to restore parity after goalscorer Hause conceded a penalty.

Bruno Fernandes stepped up in the 93rd minute, but blazed his shot over, killing any comeback hopes.

United fans still reeling from the embarrassing defeat to Young Boys in the Champions League and the recent EFL Cup exit, took to Twitter to express displeasure at the current state of things at the club, calling for Solksjaer sack.

The fans believe he doesn’t have what it takes to coach a club of Man United’s stature, with fans eyeing unemployed proven winners like Zidane and Conte.

Here are some Tweets below:

@Ememmoses_: This is big brother, Ole! Please leave the Club #OleOut

@terrytrap: Looking at our Schedule Ole might not survive this, this squad took soo long to build but it will all go to waste. if things don’t change soon #OleOut

@Makho73514206: Sack Ole and save the season… Zidane is free #OleOut

@Nick_n5n: He has no tactics. He’s holding this team back. #OleOut #MUFC
