Water

Getting enough water each day is important for your health. Drinking water can prevent you from dehydration, a condition that can cause unclear thinking, result in mood change, cause your body to overheat, and lead to constipation and kidney stones.

Hot chocolate with cacao powder

 Raw cacao powder is packed with antioxidants and increases the production of the neurotransmitter serotonin, which is responsible for regulating our mood.
