Nigerians Blast MC Oluomo As Cultists Kill Loyalist In Mile 12

Former Chairman of the National Union Of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) Lagos State Chapter, Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as MC Oluomo, has come under social media attack after cultists on Sunday ambushed a member of MC Oluomo’s led Parks Management Committee, in Owode area of Mile 12, Lagos, and hacked him to death.

While MC Oluomo was not directly fingered in the conflict, that led to the murder of Sulaimon Lawal, popularly known as Arikuyeri, who was the chairman of the Mile 12 Branch of the Lagos State Park Management Committee, social media commentators were on Monday lamenting the kind of violence associated around him.

Recall that there was pandemonium on Sunday afternoon as suspected thugs murdered the NURTW boss.

In a video circulating the internet, Ariku was captured laying on the ground while he was being beaten and macheted to death by members of a rival cult group.

It was gathered that suspected loyalists and colleagues of Arikuyeri went on a rampage at Mile 12, Ketu Owode Onirin and other parts of the community attacking residents and passers-by.

The battle over supremacy in motor parks around the Mile 12 area of the state resulted in an exchange of gunfire between the warring factions.

While Nigerians took to their handles to condemn the act, a large section for whatever reason, blasted MC Oluomo over the death of the unionist.
