Nightclubber Sentenced For Attack On Cleaner Who Interrupted Intimate Moment With Lady (Video)

A court in Australia has sentenced a nightclubber for an attack on a cleaner who interrupted him “getting intimate” in a nightclub toilet cubicle with a female partner.

The sentence came after CCTV which captured the moment Billy Dean Fallon came out of a toilet cubicle and began punching the cleaner on January 20 at a nightclub in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, 9 News, an Australian news channel has reported.

According to the report, the cleaner had been knocking on the door for several minutes before Fallon charged out and launched into the attack.

CCTV played in court showed the moment, Billy Dean Fallon exploded out of a toilet cubicle.

Multiple people were seen attempting to separate the pair as the intoxicated nightclubber rained blows on the cleaner.

The victim was left with a broken nose and head injuries.

The court heard Fallon was getting “intimate with his partner” in the toilet stall and he thought the people outside were wanting to attack them.

It heard the nightclubber was heavily influenced by alcohol at the intimate moment at the time of the attack.

In court, the magistrate labelled the attack as “very concerning” and sentenced Fallon to 12 months’ prison with immediate parole.

Fallon was also ordered him to pay the victim $1500 in compensation.
