Flooged Like A Common Criminal By Thugs For Coming Out To Vote, Lagos Man Laments

An Unknown Nigerian man screamed in pain after being flogged by some political thugs at his polling unit. The man claimed that this occurred in Isolo, Lagos state, in a video that has been making the rounds on social media.
