“This Is Basketmouth And Fan” Bovi Explains Old Photos Of Feuding AY And Basketmouth

Nigerian comedian Bovi Ugboma, better known by his stage as Bovi, has commented on the widely circulated old photos of Basketmouth and Ayo Makun, better known as AY.

GWG.ng reports that the comment by Bovi came after Netizens discovered old photos of Basketmouth and AY despite claims by Basketmouth that he had never taken pictures with AY who he claimed was never his friend.

In an interview with media personality Nedu, Basketmouth had claimed that he had never previously taken a photo with AY who he said was never his friend.

Following the claim, Netizens dredged up an old photo of the two talented comedians to disprove him.

GWG.ng reports that both men had been dragging one another over unsettled issues arising from some business transactions which allegedly went awry.

Following the revelation of the old photo, Bovi, one of Basketmouth’s closest pals, responded by saying that the picture showed a celebrity and his follower. He claims that the photo was taken in 2004, and AY was a fan of Basketmouth at the time.

He pleaded with AY not to be insulted by the analysis and begged him not to call Chude Jideonwo!

“This is Basketmouth and a fan! 2004! Ay no vex o! Before you go call Chude for me!”.
