Judge Alade recognized the abundant talents and expertise of members of the APC Canada Chapter and that such talents and expertise are abound in all other APC Diaspora chapters. Judge Alade charged the members of APC-CANADA to continue to support the party and the APC administration. He advised the President-Elect not to appoint corrupt people in his government. He said that the President-Elect should look for individuals with high moral character, who are not corrupt, and who will selflessly serve the country.

He said that Asiwaju  Bola Ahmed Tinubu should not appoint individuals who have had the opportunity to serve but failed in their previous assignments. He said that Asiwaju should thoroughly investigate and vet individuals before appointing them to positions in his government. He said that Nigeria has suffered enough in the hands of incompetent, corrupt and recycled public officials, and that it is time to engage the best qualified people among us in public service.

Judge Alade called for the restructuring of the country to ensure unity, peace, stability and progress.
