JUST IN: Abubakar Assumes Office As Chief Of Air Staff 

Air Vice Marshal Hassan Abubakar has officially assumed office as the Chief of Air Staff.

Recall that President Bola Tinubu on Monday announced the retirement and replacement of the service chiefs.

Abubakar is the 22nd Chief of Air Staff.

Speaking at the handing and taking over ceremony on Thursday, the former CAS, Air Marshal Oludayo Amao, said despite the challenges his tenure recorded many successes.

He urged his successor to ensure the service attain a greater height under his watch.
