Tinubu PDP governors

Nigerians have been reacting after another Peoples Democratic Party, PDP governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke followed another party faithful and fellow governor, Senator Douyle Diri to congratulate President Bola Tinubu on the validation of his election victory by the Supreme Court.

GWG.ng reports that Senator Diri had triggered something like a political quake on Thursday when immediately after the Supreme Court judgment he popped up in the Presidential Villa to join the celebration of the All Progressives Congress, APC faithful.

Senator Adeleke’s salutation to President Tinubu came through twitter where he congratulated the president and backed it with a photograph of the two of them.

He posted thus:

This is how netizens reacted to Adeleke’s reaction on the validation of Tinubu’s election victory:

Mayor of Abuja @Tessaultt

They have all left Atiku and Obi behind .nobody want to associate with perennial losers 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hon. Lagos Landlord & Osun, Kwara Tenant🇳🇬 🇬🇭 @_chiefagbabiaka

Someone you campaigned against in Osun state, someone you order public transport drivers not to work the day he came for presidential campaign. Abi you don forget?

Governor Adeleke has the spirit of a good sports man in Politics. There must always be a winner in every contest in life. Congratulations to Tinubu And Nigerians.

Nice&Kind ♨️🚀 @ChukXMulti_P

I thought you were going to be different. But all of you are shamelessly the same.

Atiku was all alone throughout this journey just like him and Rotimi Amaechi did to GEJ b4 2015 election. What goes around comes around.

Remarkably, Governors Diri and Adeleke who who have broken party ranks to join the celebration of the APC over Tinubu’s election victory are first-term governors who could feel the heat of the Tinubu federal government ahead of a quest for a second term.
