PPRO Reacts After Policeman’s Clash With BBNaija’s Phyna

In a recent incident that unfolded on social media, reality star Phyna clashed with a police officer during a stop and search operation, leading to a heated argument.

Phyna, the winner of Big Brother Naija’s ‘Level Up,’ went live on social media to express her displeasure after the officer filmed her while citing legal grounds.

The situation escalated when Phyna questioned the officer’s actions and criticized those urging the police to act against her. In response, Lagos State Police Command Spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin, addressed the incident, highlighting the hypocrisy he perceived among Nigerians.

According to SP Benjamin, Nigerians often record police officers without issue but become agitated when officers do the same, especially when they are caught breaking traffic rules. He emphasized the importance of following the law, indicating that Phyna was filmed as evidence of her disobedience to traffic regulations.
