New Immigrant Hails Canadian Landlord As His “Angel” For Extraordinary Kindness

Peter Bawuah, a Ghanaian man now residing in Canada, has shared a heartwarming story of encountering an exceptionally generous Canadian landlord whom he fondly refers to as his “angel.”

Expressing his gratitude on Facebook, Bawuah recounted the remarkable experience of his landlord going above and beyond by not requesting rent for the initial six months of his stay in Canada. During this period, the landlord entrusted Bawuah with all the keys to the house, designating him as the caretaker.

In addition to providing shelter, the landlord allowed Bawuah to take care of various household tasks, including snow clearance, bathroom cleaning, floor mopping, and grass mowing. Despite the significant responsibilities, the landlord never asked for any form of repayment for the rent.

Bawuah expressed his appreciation, stating, “This man is my landlord. For my first 6 months in Canada 🇨🇦, he never asked for rent. He gave me all the keys to the house, and I am the one who takes care of the house.”

Moreover, the generous landlord played a pivotal role in helping Bawuah secure his first job in Canada. The extraordinary acts of kindness from his landlord led Bawuah to consider him as one of his “angels” in Canada.
