Shyngle Wigwe, Father of Late Access Holdings CEO Collapses

Reports have emerged stating that Shyngle Wigwe, the father of the late Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings, Dr. Herbert Wigwe, collapsed on Saturday and was swiftly rushed to a nearby hospital for urgent medical attention.

The news was shared by Tony Ogbuagu, a prominent influencer on X (formerly known as Twitter), who clarified the misinformation circulating regarding the death of the late billionaire’s father.

In a tweet, Ogbuagu wrote: “Herbert Wigwe’s father is not dead please. He only slumped and has been taken to the hospital. Make una slow down with all these bad news.”

GWG.ng reports that the incident occurred amidst preparations for the funeral service of Wigwe, his wife, Doreen, and their son, Chizzy, at the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Isiokpo, Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State. Dignitaries, guests, and hundreds of mourners gathered to pay their respects at the solemn ceremony.
