Nollywood Drama Escalates As Angela Okorie Reiterates Dark Claims On Mercy Johnson, Clears Husband

Nollywood actress and singer Angela Okorie has clarified that she did not insult Mercy Johnson’s husband, Prince Odi Okojie, as many had assumed.

In a recent Instagram live session, Angela addressed the controversy, stating that she was actually referring to another individual, not Prince Okojie.

Angela had gone on a rant, which many believed was directed at Prince Okojie, who had shared a cryptic post about mental health and “mad people everywhere.” However, Angela set the record straight, saying, “Bloggers get your facts right, Mercy’s husband didn’t do me shit, so why should I insult him. I wasn’t talking to him, I was talking about the dik head that said he is a publicist.”

Angela also took the opportunity to reiterate her previous claims against Mercy Johnson, calling her “evil” and “polluted.” She alleged that Mercy is aware of the deaths happening in Nollywood and has “locked the destinies” of several colleagues, including the music group Style Plus. Angela claimed that over 10 people have accused Mercy of being a witch and urged prayers for Nollywood, saying, “Mercy is dark, period!!”

Mercy Johnson has chosen to ignore the drama and focus on her family, celebrating her last born’s birthday over the weekend and stating that her family is all that matters.

The controversy between Angela Okorie and Mercy Johnson has been ongoing, with Angela accusing Mercy of being a witch and Mercy’s former best friend, Ifeoma, joining in to corroborate the claims. As the drama continues, fans are divided, with some supporting Angela’s allegations and others defending Mercy’s reputation.
