Missing Girls: Paul Okoye Shares New Perspectives

Nigerian music star Paul Okoye, also known as Rude Boy, has reacted to the disturbing saga of the missing Nigerian and Ghanaian girls Celine and Afiba, who were last seen traveling to Abia State to meet a man they met on Facebook.

The man, Andrew Ochekwo, was later shot dead while attempting to evade arrest, and a decomposing body was found near his residence, though it has not been confirmed if it’s any of the missing women.

Activist Harrison Gwamnishu shared videos on Instagram showing Andrew with other women at various restaurants, highlighting a pattern of exploitation.

One of the women, who identified herself as Mercy, traveled from Lagos to meet Andrew, while another woman, Tochi, was also seen in a video with him.

Paul Okoye took to his Instagram story to express his concerns, emphasizing the need for women to know their worth and not prioritize material wealth. He cautioned that as long as parents allow others to influence their daughters and focus on finding partners with large bank accounts, more women will fall victim to exploitation. He urged women to recognize their value and avoid prioritizing financial gain over their well-being.

His statement comes amid growing concerns about the safety and exploitation of women, particularly in the context of online interactions and relationships.
