Police Officer Killed Three People

The Nigeria Police Force has paraded several suspects arrested in possession of assault rifles, including a shocking case involving a Reverend Father.

In a video shared by TVC, the Police Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, expressed astonishment while addressing journalists about the recovery of a firearm — assault rifle from the Reverend Father.

Adejobi, who paraded the suspects, remarked that as an educated individual and a religious leader, the Reverend Father should have been aware of the legal and ethical implications of possessing such a weapon.

“This [gun] is what we recovered from a Reverend Father. By your doctrine and by your status, I think you are educated enough to know that you should not be in possession of something like this. But it is a lesson for all of us,” Adejobi stated.

Questioning the need for a religious figure to own an assault rifle, the police spokesperson added, “I don’t know why a Reverend Father will be afraid of anything in life. Reverend Father, your prayer did not work.”

The police assured that investigations into the case would continue, stressing their commitment to tackling illegal arms possession in the country.
