Barcelona are reportedly open to re-signing Neymar but have set a key condition before considering his return.

According to reports, Barcelona have informed Neymar that he must score at least 15 goals for Santos before they can entertain the possibility of bringing him back to the Camp Nou. The 33-year-old Brazilian forward joined Santos from Al-Hilal in January, and his contract with the club is set to expire in June, making him a free agent.

Barcelona are closely monitoring his progress, but sources suggest the club want Neymar to prove he has regained top form following his injury setbacks. If he meets the goal requirement, the Spanish giants could explore the option of adding him to Hansi Flick’s squad.

Neymar, who won the Champions League with Barcelona in 2015, left for Paris Saint-Germain in 2017 in a then-world record transfer. However, he is said to be eager for a return to the club where he enjoyed some of the best moments of his career.

In another development, GWG.ng reports that FIFA have officially lifted its suspension on the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) after the organization made necessary amendments to its constitution.

The suspension, initially imposed on February 6, 2025, was removed on March 2, 2025, allowing Pakistan to rejoin international football.

According to FIFA’s statement, “The Bureau of the FIFA Council decided on March 2, 2025, to lift the suspension that was imposed on the PFF on February 6, 2025.”
