Nollywood Star Forgives Wife He Accused Of Having 21 Lovers

Nollywood actor Ganiu Morufu, popularly known as Ijoba Lande, has expressed his willingness to forgive his wife, Darasimi, for allegedly cheating on him with fellow actor Babatunde Tayo, also known as Baba Tee. However, despite his forgiveness, he made it clear that their marriage is over.

Lande took to Instagram to reveal that his wife left him after he discovered her alleged affair. He also criticized his manager, Mary Gold, for introducing Dara to Baba Tee, despite knowing she was a married woman. According to him, Mary Gold played a major role in the situation.

In response, Mary Gold claimed that the affair happened after Dara insulted Baba Tee by questioning his manhood. Baba Tee initially denied the accusations and challenged Lande to provide proof or face legal consequences. However, in a surprising turn of events, he later admitted during a live interview with socialite Esabod and other TikTok users that he did have a brief sexual encounter with Dara. He explained that it was not planned and happened while he was drunk during a ‘Truth or Dare’ game with Dara and Mary Gold.

Dara, on the other hand, downplayed the incident, saying she only sat on Baba Tee’s lap during the game. She also insisted that infidelity was not the reason their marriage ended and dismissed Lande’s claims as misleading.

During a TikTok live session, Lande addressed his fans, saying he had chosen to forgive Dara for the sake of his peace and faith but had no intention of taking her back. He said, “I will not accept her back, but for me to make it to heaven and for God to forgive me, I will forgive her for what she has done. But she is gone. No matter what anyone does to you in this life, if they ask for your forgiveness, please forgive them. But don’t allow it to happen again or make the same mistake twice.”
