New COVID-19 Cases Hit 745; Highest Daily Tally
Oyo Records Highest Daily At 103
Nigeria on Thursday recorded the highest number of daily cases of COVID-19 after 745 new cases of the pandemic were reported in 20 states and the FCT.
As usual Lagos led the pack with 280 new cases representing 37.5% of the total new cases in the country on the day.
Oyo State had its highest daily new cases with 103 cases reported.
The new cases brought the total number of COVID-19 positive confirmations in the country to 18,480 with 6,307 persons discharged. Six deaths on Thursday brought the total number of those who have died from the pandemic in the country to 475.
