‘Buhari Must Go’: Nigerians Accuse Senators Of Being Selfish

A large section of Nigerians are hitting Senators who on Wednesday threatened to impeach President Muhammadu Buhari alleging that the lawmakers only woke up after the threat of insecurity crossed into the federal capital.

GreenWhiteGreen GWG recalls that the minority leader and some other senators of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP had walked out on Senate President Ahmad Lawan chanting “All we are saying, Buhari must go, Nigeria must survive, Ahmad Lawan should follow.”

Their action came after Lawan denied the Minority Leader, Senator Philip Aduda, the chance to lead the motion on the impeachment of President Muhammadu Buhari over the level of insecurity in the country.

Reacting to this, a large section of Nigerians insisted that the senators were sentimental because the insecurity has gotten close to them.
