Peter Obi Explains Presence At Dunamis Vigil

Peter Obi, the presidential flag bearer of Labour Party, LP, has revealed why he attended the 2022 ‘Mid-Year’ service of Dunamis International Gospel Centre on Friday.

GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that, the former Anambra state governor sparked mixed reactions on social media after attending the service.

During the service, the general overseer, Paul Eneche, called the political leaders present in the church and asked them to say some words over Nigeria.

Eneche had invited Obi, the wife of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential running mate, Ifeanyi Okowa, Edith; Governor Emmanuel Udom of Akwa Ibom State, among other political leaders in the country.

However, in a recent development, Obi explained that he attended the church to fellowship and thank God.

He stated this while sharing pictures from the church’s 2022 Mid-Year praise and worship night.

Obi wrote: “I spent an uplifting and exhilarating 8 hours of fellowship amongst fellow students and  Nigerians @DunamisGospel 2022 Mid Year Praise and Worship, with @DrPaulEeeeee33nenchee33, his family and other dignitaries.

“I used that auspicious occasion to thank God.

“God we have no other nation but Nigeria. Please deliver us. Please save us. Nigeria must not go down. Let your light shine upon this nation.” God is Good!”
