However, it was Neymar who ultimately ended up with the trophy. The Brazilian international auctioned the item to benefit his foundation in Brazil, dedicated to assisting underprivileged children. The golden trophy earned €158,000 and was purchased by streamer Casimiro, who will additionally enjoy two complimentary nights in a luxurious residence and dinner with actress Deborah Secco.

While Messi has departed PSG and is on the verge of joining Major League Soccer (MLS) side Inter Miami, Neymar’s future with PSG remains uncertain.

The arrival of Luis Enrique at the Parc des Princes could potentially bode well for the Brazilian forward, as he previously worked with the Spanish coach during their time together at Barcelona.
