All Progressives Congress, APC chief and Warri lawyer, Barrister Jesutega Onokpasa has chided the authorities over what he described the extra-judicial destruction of the confiscated oil vessel intercepted carrying stolen crude linking Peter Obi to what he described as the extra-judicial action.

GWG.ng reports that the vessel which was carrying an estimated 800,000 litres of crude oil to Cameroun was set ablaze while those on board were arrested.

Flaying the action of the authorities and the security company in setting the vessel bearing the stolen crude ablaze without trial, Onokpasa in a statement made available to GWG.ng linked Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate for the same idea of bulldozing buildings linked to kidnappers while he was governor of Anambra State.

He said:

“This idea of setting vessels etc ablaze is pure idiocy quite apart from being barbaric and irretrievably illegal.

“Why not simply confiscate the vessel vide appropriate legal proceedings rather than further pollute the environment with this utter stupidity?

“And how dare you even set property ablaze which has not been forfeited upon legal proceedings?

“Tompolo and Tantita are vandals, rascals and thugs and shame on them (by the way I have sent Tompolo this message)

“This is how Peter Obi, the cl-wn who wants to save Nigeria from himself, used to bulldoze houses in which kidnap victims were kept in Anambra, back when he was Governor, without any trial, much less conviction of anyone in a state and country with a critical housing deficit,” he said of the action in setting the vessel carrying the stolen crude ablaze without trial.

“We simply can’t have this in Batman’s era.”
