The Esan Alliance Movement (EAM) on Monday expressed confidence in Senator Monday Okpebholo, presently representing Edo Central in the Senate to raise his representation to the whole state in triumphing in the forthcoming governorship election.

The group anticipates that Okpebholo, if elected governor, will replicate his community and senatorial development initiatives.

Highlighting the potential of Okpebholo’s leadership, the group on Monday emphasized its ability to address infrastructural deficits and elevate the overall quality of life in the state.

Both Coordinator Samson Okoduwa and Secretary Imade Osagie urged the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to pay attention to the voice of the people in Edo Central, offering their endorsement of Okpebholo, also known as ‘Akpakomiza.’

Emphasizing what it described as his noteworthy track record, which includes impactful projects in water supply, education, security, social sectors, road construction, and electricity, the group saidit saw es these efforts as a testament to Okpebholo’s unwavering commitment to regional development.

In their appeal, they expressed optimism that the APC, in its pursuit of the next governor, will nominate a candidate who is not only popular but also compassionate and capable. The group firmly believes that Okpebholo’s leadership has the potential to positively reshape the state’s trajectory, bringing about meaningful change and development.
