Nollywood sensation and content creator, Iyabo Ojo, has made a candid revelation about her decision to skip the anticipated reunion of The Real Housewives of Lagos (RHOLagos) season two.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Ojo disclosed that after extensive contemplation, she opted to heed the counsel of her family, especially her partner and children, as well as the brands she collaborates with, thus opting out of the RHOLagos2 reunion.

In her own words, she expressed, “After a lot of back and forth, I choose to listen to my family, loved ones, most especially my man and my children, and also the brands I work with, so I will not be attending the RHOLagos2 reunion.”

Throughout the season, the actress found herself embroiled in controversies, particularly due to her clashes with fellow castmates Faith Morey and Laura Ikeji. These altercations sparked accusations of bullying against Ojo, prompting intense scrutiny from viewers.

Addressing these allegations back in October 2023, Ojo candidly admitted, “I signed up to be the villain on the show,” shedding light on the scripted and edited nature of the series, tailored to captivate audiences with a carefully crafted narrative.

The second season of RHOLagos, which premiered in September 2023, reached its finale on December 15, leaving fans eagerly awaiting the highly-anticipated reunion, the date of which remains undisclosed.

Among the eclectic cast members featured in the series are Tania Omotayo, Chioma Ikokwu, Toyin Lawani, Laura Ikeji Kanu, Faith Morey, and Mariam Timmer.
