A Nigerian man’s social media post has ignited a flurry of reactions after he shared a photo of a couple falsely labeled as deceased by a loan app due to their failure to repay their loan.

The post featured an edited image of a couple purportedly receiving funds from an unidentified loan company, alongside their names and other personal details. According to the caption, the loan app marked them as deceased, indicating a burial date of April 30, 2024.
