Eleven (11) European clubs have already secured berths in the 2024/2025 UEFA Champions League competition. These clubs have solidified their spots for the upcoming Champions League season based on their guaranteed finishing positions in their respective leagues.

Among the confirmed participants are Arsenal and Manchester City from the English Premier League, Real Madrid and Barcelona from Spain, Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich from Germany, Inter Milan and AC Milan from Italy, as well as PSV and Feyenoord from the Netherlands, along with Paris Saint-Germain from France.

The 2024/25 UEFA Champions League will mark the introduction of the new 36-team league phase format.

In other news, former Manchester United player Gary Neville has emphasized that Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson still possesses considerable potential despite his tendency to miss significant scoring opportunities.

Jackson has been identified as a factor in Chelsea’s struggles this season, with the club currently lacking a more proficient striker than him. Meanwhile, Christopher Nkunku, initially signed by Chelsea from RB Leipzig with the intention of utilizing him as a striker, has been hindered by various injuries.

Despite Jackson’s challenges in converting chances, ranking third in missed big opportunities this season with a total of 21, Neville expressed his admiration for the 22-year-old Senegalese forward. However, he asserted that Jackson should not be Chelsea’s primary choice for the striker position.
