A video showing traditional rulers in Rivers State, receiving brand new SUVs from Governor Sim Fubara has emerged on social media.

According to portharcourthawties_ Governor Fubara’s generous action was a fulfillment of his pledge to the traditional rulers council.

The video captured emotional moments of hugs and tears between the governor and the traditional rulers on receiving SUVs.
