Dakore Egbuson and Senator Godswill Akpabio

With Senator Godswill Akpabio still mum, one of a group of Nigerian celebrities alleged to be among his side chicks has erupted in fury over her inclusion raising credibility claims over the drama playing out on social media

Nollywood actress Dakore Egbuson Akande has issued a stern warning and threatened to take legal action against controversial blogger Gistlover over allegations of being one of the side chicks of Senate President Godswill Akpabio.

In a video shared on her Instagram page, Dakore vehemently denied ever meeting Akpabio, stating that she is happily married with two children and that the allegations are “lies from the pit of hell.” She demanded that Gistlover remove her picture and issue an apology on their page or face legal action.

Dakore’s warning comes after Gistlover released a list of alleged side chicks of Senator Akpabio including some of Nigeria’s most prominent celebrities. Remarkably, Senator Akpabio has not admitted the claims as to the side chicks and GWG.ng reports that the senator who is respectably married had not until the Gistlover report been publicly reckoned for extra-marital affairs.

Even more, Wanneka, a famous hair vendor listed as among the side chicks had earlier debunked the allegation of a relationship with the Senate President as alleged by Gistlover.

The actress’s video caption read: “DISCLAIMER ‼️‼️‼️ Usually I don’t do this BUT….. @gistloverblog.mediaoutlet AVOID ME ooooooooo, hmmmmm remove my picture right now and provide an apology to me directly on your page or be ready for legal action – A word is enough for the wise.”
