Portable Weighs In On Cubana Chief Priest, Burna Boy Clash
By Gideon Ayeni
Popular street-hop singer, Portable, has inserted himself into the ongoing feud between celebrity barman Cubana Chief Priest (CP) and Grammy-winning artiste Burna Boy, a move that has already sparked reactions and might earn him new adversaries.
Portable’s entry into the fray came following the tension between Cubana Chief Priest and Burna Boy which began after a series of social media jabs between the nightlife king and Burna Boy. The celebrity barman had claimed that the musician met him in the “queue of millionaires” advising the singer to “chill.”
Burna, not one to back down, fired back, sarcastically referring to CP as “Owerri’s Rick Ross” and asking him to maintain his lane.
Amid the verbal sparring, Portable decided to lend his voice. Taking to his Instagram story, he posted a photo of Burna Boy, hailing him as a heavyweight. He captioned the image, “1 man na 7 man, you big pass them,” a clear nod of allegiance to Burna in the ongoing dispute.
Portable’s comment has drawn mixed reactions, with many fans warning him about creating unnecessary enemies. Known for his no-holds-barred opinions and dramatic social media presence, the singer’s decision to align with Burna Boy has added more fuel to an already blazing confrontation.
As the drama continues to unfold, observers are waiting to see if Cubana Chief Priest will respond to Portable’s unexpected intervention.
