Why I Hired Bouncers To Throw Out Naked Husband After Condom Row – Wife

A woman in Zimbabwe reportedly hired thugs to beat up her husband after he confronted her about used condoms found in their room.

The man, Kenias Zimbwa, was celebrating his birthday when the attack happened. According to reports, his wife, Chipiwa Taruona, hired some men, including her own brother, to throw him out of their house.

Speaking at the Harare Civil Court, Zimbwa shared his painful experience. “I came home on my birthday to find used condoms under my bed, and when I confronted her, she hired bouncers to attack me. One of the bouncers was her brother, who was a soldier. They attacked me, leaving me with bruises, and threw me out of the house while I was naked. My wife also once attacked me with a screwdriver four times,” he told the court.

Zimbwa further revealed that his wife had been denying him intimacy for months while cheating on him. “I was hurt to know that my wife has been having extramarital affairs after starving me of sex for months. She does not cook for me, and I am forced to sleep without a blanket or rather on the floor. I am scared that she will end up killing me. I wish the court could protect me,” he added.

In response, Chipiwa admitted she hired the attackers but claimed it was for self-defense. She accused Zimbwa of abuse. “My husband has been in the habit of sexually abusing me for years. I hired people to attack him,” she told the court.

After hearing both sides, Magistrate Meenal Narotam ruled in Chipiwa’s favor and granted her a protection order.
