PSquare Drama: Paul Laments, Peter Suspected As Jude Goes On Trial

Paul Okoye, one half of the defunct music duo P-Square, has shared a cryptic message following the arraignment of his elder brother, Jude Okoye, on fraud-related charges.

Jude, who previously managed Paul and Peter Okoye, was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) before the Federal High Court in Lagos over alleged money laundering involving ₦1.38 billion, $1 million, and £34,537.59.

Standing trial alongside his company, Northside Music Ltd, Jude faced a seven-count charge before Justice Alexander Owoeye. The EFCC accused him of financial misconduct, including purchasing a property in Ikoyi with illicit funds and channeling over $1 million through a Bureau de Change to conceal its source.

Shortly after the court proceedings, Paul Okoye took to his Instagram Story to post a cryptic message, implying that someone orchestrated his brother’s legal troubles. Though he did not mention any names, he encouraged Jude to stay strong, assuring him that the situation would eventually pass.
