By Gideon Ayeni

Popular Nigerian rapper, Odumodublvck, is reportedly facing heat from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) following allegations that he breached a performance agreement after receiving a substantial payment.
According to investigative journalist Stella Dimokokorkus, Odumodublvck has been summoned to appear before the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC on April 15, 2025, at the EFCC’s Benin Zonal Office in Edo State.
The case involves a ₦23.5 million payment allegedly made to Odumodublvck as part of a ₦47 million agreement to perform at an empowerment programme held in Asaba. He was said to have received 50% of the agreed fee but failed to show up at the event. Reports further claim that the rapper performed at another event on the same day, sparking outrage from the organizers who then reported Odumodublvck to the EFCC.
Stella Dimokokorkus also revealed that the rapper is currently negotiating to refund the money in installments. The event organizer has also been invited by the EFCC to assist with the ongoing investigation.
As of the time of this report, Odumodublvck has not made any public statement addressing the issue or confirmed the invitation from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
