Bayelsa: Naked Lady Leads Lyon’s Men To Jubilate

Supporters of David Lyon, the candidate of the All Progressive Congress in the Bayelsa governorship election on Monday took to the streets to celebrate the nullification of the November 2019 governorship election by the state tribunal.

The celebration was led by an unidentified half clad woman.

The State Election Petition Tribunal, on Monday, asked Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to conduct another election, within 90 days due to the exclusion of the Advanced Nigeria Democratic Party, ANDP, from the November 2019 governorship election.

Recall that the Supreme Court disqualified Lyon who was the eventual winner of the election, due to the forged certificate submitted by Lyon’s deputy governor candidate, Degi Eremienyo Wangagra to INEC.

However, some have dismissed their hope as uncalled for on the claim that Lyon would be ineligible to participate in the election having been disqualified from the process upon the case against his running mate.
