Amid Divorce Fears, Nollywood Veterans Intervene To Save Yul Edochie’s First Marriage

Amid speculations of lurking divorce, some Nollywood veterans have stepped in to resolve the marriage crisis rocking the home of one of the most prominent stars in the industry, Yul Edochie.

News of the intervention came as it emerged that Yul Edochie went public with the news of his secret wife after his first wife, May Yul-Edochie was about going public with the marriage crisis in her home.

GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that Yul Edochie’s marriage crisis erupted on social media on Wednesday after he announced that he had welcomed a child from his second wife, Judy Austin Moghalu, a fellow actor in Nollywood.

His first wife, May Yul-Edochie promptly responded in his comment section to the post that God would judge him and his new wife.

Meanwhile, Nigerian Tribune reports Yul Edochie and his wife, May Edochie, marriage may now be heading for divorce after the actor unveiled the face of his new son from another woman.

It was learnt that their marriage has been enduring some turbulence for some months after May was said to have been told by some close friends of the family that her husband had decided to pick a second wife.

The actor, it was gathered had tried to keep the issue private but he was said to have learnt that his wife was about to go public about his decision to marry another wife.

Edochie took to his Instagram page to announce the arrival of his new baby with his new wife. His wife, May, his wife replied to his post on Instagram saying “God will judge the both of you”, sparking reactions from fans.

Announcing the birth of his son, Yul wrote: “It’s time for the world to meet my son. His name is STAR DIKE MUNACHIMSO YUL-EDOCHIE. Born by my second wife @JudyAustin and I love him so much, just as much as I love my other children.”

Meanwhile, Nigerian Tribune further reported that some veterans in the industry have stepped in to resolve the matter and avert a divorce between Yul Edochie and his first wife.
