Man Bashes Wife Over Refusal To Raise His Daughter Born By Her Maid!

A court has given a protective order against a man beating his wife following her refusal to raise his daughter born through their maid.

The court in Westgate, Zimbabwe heard that his wife’s unwillingness to stay with the daughter born by her maid was the cause of the crisis between the man and his wife.

The maid has, however, left their home following the affair with the man.

Kaniksi Ziwuki had petitioned the Harare Civil Court for a protective order against her husband, Thomson Ziwuki following the repeated aggression by the husband over the assaults.

Magistrate Tamara Chibindi issued the protective order upon claims that Thomson, according to Kanikisi, had an aggressive personality.

She, however, said that she had forgiven Thomson for his affair with their maid, which resulted in a kid.

“I forgive him for having an affair with our maid, but it doesn’t give him the right to offer that his daughter come live with us.”

“He assaults and insults me whenever I decline his suggestion,” she said.

In his response, Thomson opposed the order arguing that if it was granted, Kanikisi would abuse it he said over her objections that her man bashes her over her refusal to raise the kid born by her maid

He told the court that he paid fees for his wife and made her what she is today, so she had to accept his daughter.

“I paid for her school fees, I made her who she is today.

“I know I made mistakes in the past, but she must move on.

“She is also my daughter and she deserves to be in our house like my other children,” he said.
