Seun Kuti Travels Out After Police Ordeal

A day after he was freed from police detention, popular Afrobeat Musician, Seun Kuti, has left Nigeria for Switzerland as part a music tour of Europe.

GWG.ng reports that the music star who was supposed to commence the tour last week was unable to do so because he was in detention arising from his alleged assault on a police officer.

According to reports, Seun flew to Switzerland on an Air France flight with his band members on Wednesday night to commence the European tour which had been kickstarted by his brother, Femi Kuti in his absence.

Femi had in Spain told the audience that his brother could not join the tour because of issues back at home.
