7th of June will go down as one of the craziest days of this year’s summer transfer window after popular and well-trusted journalist Fabrizio Romano confirmed three major transfers in the space of a couple of hours with that Lionel Messi shocking many.

It started with the news that celebrated GOAT Lionel Messi would be switching to David Beckham’s Inter Miami. Also within the space of the three hours, upcoming star boy, Jude Bellingham became a Madridsta and Chelsea’s high energy midfielder followed the growing list of players switching to Saudi Arabia.

The day first started with Al Lttihad who had already purchased Kante’s former national teammate Karim Benzema also on a lucrative contract. Kante who was due to renew for another couple of years with Chelsea has now opted against doing that and has now moved to Saudi Arabia in a contract worth 100 million euros per season on a 2-year deal with an option of an extra year which includes image rights, commercial deals and ‘creative’ portfolio.

Meanwhile, back in Europe the outgoing champions of Europe and probably the biggest team in Europe at least UCL wise just completed the signing of England’s latest prospect Jude Bellingham in a deal worth 100 million Euros plus add-ons from Borrusia Dortmund. The player signed a six-year deal which is valid until June 2029. He will join a list of already high rated youngsters in the Real Madrid squad.

And as if the day could not have gotten any crazier the big one happened. Recent world cup winner and wildly considered GOAT of the sport who was on the list of Saudi Arabia clubs while also eying a poetic return home to Barcelona has now agreed a crazy deal with David Beckham’s Inter Miami. The former PSG superstar and the player with the most assists in the league had been eying a return back to the Camp Nou with Xavi keen on bringing him back. He, however, shocked expectations as he decided to move to Inter Miami who just sacked their manager.

Messi has said he will explain his reason for his decision to transfer to Miami later, but we can all agree that this was a news no one saw coming.
