Naira Marley made his arrival known in a tweet, expressing his willingness to cooperate with the ongoing investigation. The Lagos State Police Command confirmed his arrest for questioning and further investigative purposes.
Tonto Dikeh took to social media, questioning the confidence exhibited by Naira Marley, suggesting that influential figures might be supporting him. In a powerful message addressed to these alleged supporters, she demanded transparency and justice, warning them to either disassociate themselves from Naira Marley or face public scrutiny.
“Naira Marley’s confidence suggests he has powerful backers,” Tonto Dikeh stated. “Now, there are two options: either distance yourselves from him and let justice prevail, or we will reveal your identities to the public. At this moment, we are not concerned about your reputations; we demand justice.”
Expressing her disbelief, she continued, “A wanted criminal, involved in an ongoing bullying and potentially murder investigation, is here to ‘assist’ the police in solving his own crime. I have faith in my country; we will achieve justice.”
