The drama between music producer Samklef and singer Adekunle Gold has escalated, with Samklef responding to Adekunle’s warning to stop mentioning his wife Simi’s name.

Samklef had previously shared a story about almost pursuing a relationship with Simi years ago and criticized her for being ungrateful despite his help. He offered to forgive her if she apologized, but Adekunle Gold intervened, telling Samklef to leave Simi alone as she owed him nothing.

In a fiery response, Samklef advised AG to focus on promoting his music instead of getting entangled in the controversy. He also suggested that Adekunle teach Simi gratitude and to mind her business. Samklef wrote, “Dear Adekunle Gold, remember when you came to me for graphics? It’s nice to see a husband supporting his wife, but AG baby, focus on your song promotion. Teach your wife gratitude, and she should learn to mind her business. Did I ask her for help? She didn’t tell you that I was the one paying her transport to Lekki, carrying her around with her ex Lekan?”
