Ruby’s tribute comes after she took a break from social media for a month to mourn her friend’s passing. Upon her return in May, she questioned her Maker over his death and called out the producer of the movie that claimed his life, Baba Rex and Adanma Luke.
The controversy surrounding Junior Pope’s death and his relationship with his wife, Jennifer Awele, continues to unfold. Ruby and Jennifer unfollowed each other on social media, fueling speculation about their relationship before his demise. The funeral poster, which omitted the title “husband,” also raised eyebrows.
Amidst the controversy, Ruby received support from Stanley, who promised to stand by her and encouraged her to mourn Junior Pope in her own way, without letting others dictate her emotions.
