Singer Skales Losses N15m Deal As Airline Cancels Flight Because Of Sick Pilot (Video)

Nigerian singer Skales has expressed his frustration after a last-minute flight cancellation caused him to lose a significant business deal worth N15m.

Skales took to social media to air his grievances after an unexpected flight disruption left him stranded at the airport.

In a video that has since gone viral, Skales explained that he had booked a flight to Akure and arrived early at the airport. He had already checked in when, out of nowhere, the airline announced the cancellation of the flight, citing the sudden illness of the pilot.

The artiste expressed disbelief and anger over the situation, lamenting how the cancellation was done without any prior notice or proper communication after passengers had spent hours waiting at the airport. According to him, the abrupt change of plans directly impacted a major business deal he had lined up, costing him a whopping N15 million.

“This is unbelievable. I lost a N15 million deal because of this,” Skales said, visibly upset in the video. He went on to challenge the airport staff for what he described as a nonchalant and costly attitude, calling out the lack of professionalism in handling the situation,” Skales said following the sudden flight cancellation.
