Skitmaker Oluwadolarz has sparked debate by stating that respect fades when wealth disappears, following accusations of infidelity from his ex-fiancée, Ifeluv.

Nigerian skitmaker Oluwadolarz has once again found himself at the center of controversy following a cryptic statement he shared on social media.

The comedian, who was recently called out by his ex-fiancée, Ifeluv, for alleged infidelity, lamented the fleeting nature of respect and admiration when wealth disappears.

Taking to his social media platform, Oluwadolarz wrote, “When a man has wealth, he’s often revered like royalty, but when the same wealth fades, respect quickly vanishes. The same people that used to say ‘thanks for everything, you are the best’ change their tone to ‘what have you ever done for me? Who you be sef?'”

His statement has since ignited a heated conversation online, with many weighing in on the issue of wealth, respect, and personal accountability.

Some social media users resonated with Oluwadolarz’s perspective, emphasizing how financial status often dictates relationships and societal treatment.

@Emclass Femi Olatujoye commented, “Na the sad reality of life. Many people respect wealth, not the person. When money dey, everybody go hail you, but once e fade, na only true ones go stand by you. That’s why e good make person build real relationships, not just money connections.”

@Balogun Kehinde shared a similar sentiment, stating, “If this thing never happen to you, you won’t understand what Oluwadolarz means. Women and mostly your wife will always bring up an issue with you and complain that you are useless when you are broke. But when you have money, they won’t say anything.”

Others, however, argued that Oluwadolarz was shifting the narrative to avoid addressing the real issue at hand—his alleged infidelity.

@Amarachi Zita countered, “Once men have wealth, when you tell them the truth, it sounds like ‘I need money’ to their ears. When wealth vanishes, it still sounds like ‘I need money.’ When they can’t provide, it turns to bitter truth.”

@Eke Chioma Goodness further criticized him, saying, “She only asked you to stop cheating with random women. Is that too hard to ask? Every little thing, you men will change it to women demanding money. Oga, change your bad character abeg, nobody do you.”

Other users highlighted the importance of moral discipline in maintaining wealth and respect. @Great Bobby wrote, “Truly, you had the wealth, but you let it intoxicate you. You didn’t handle it wisely. You saw wealth as an opportunity to sleep around with different girls, dishonoring what you shared with your fiancée.”

Similarly, @Chilotam Nnamdi remarked, “Some of you men will have wealth, and immediately you allow the riches intoxicate you. Instead of investing wisely, you spend it lavishly on different women. Then when the money finishes, you start looking for who to blame for your bad behavior and lack of self-control.”

The reactions show a clear divide—while some agree that wealth affects relationships and social standing, others believe that accountability should not be ignored. Many argued that wealth alone does not sustain respect, but rather, good character and discipline play a crucial role.

As the conversation continues, it is evident that the intersection of money, relationships, and personal integrity remains a subject of deep discussion in society. Whether or not Oluwadolarz will address the allegations directly, his words have undeniably sparked an important dialogue on the nature of wealth and respect.
