While acknowledging the importance of the season, First Bank reassured customers of uninterrupted service through its alternative banking channels, which remain active 24/7. These include mobile banking apps, internet banking platforms, ATMs, and USSD services.

The bank’s message emphasized peace, renewal, and joy during the holiday, stating, “May this season bring you peace, renewal, and plenty of reasons to smile.”
