El-Rufai Doing Good, Anxiety Over Wife’s Results

Governor Nasir El-Rufai is doing well in isolation and has not developed symptoms of the COVID-19 disease, his wife, Hadiza disclosed at the weekend.

There is, however, mounting anxiety among associates and friends of the First Lady of Kaduna State over the result of her COVID-19 test.

Mrs. El-Rufai, an architect and novelist had while appreciating support for her family disclosed that her husband had not developed any symptoms saying that he was doing well.

She said:

Her tweet followed an avalanche of support for the governor from a cross-section of Nigerians led by First Lady, Aisha Buhari.

However, the failure of the First Lady to communicate her result as at Monday morning was sending anxiety among her associates and friends who are hoping that she would test negative.

Nevertheless, the First Lady continued with aplomb her likeable literary sarcasm on twitter, teasing thus:
